Book early — but late may be doable.

The Elm books an average of 35 events each year, and only one event per day. In other words: we make sure that each event gets our full attention and best efforts.

Our advice about booking: It’s a good idea, of course, to book as far in advance in possible. But because we are small and flexible, we can - and often have - put parties and events together in a relatively short period of time. Even if you think you may be getting a late start, be sure to call us. You could be pleasantly surprised.


2007 Reception Rates
Rental includes use of both The Elm’s reception rooms, the garden, the bride’s room, and catering kitchen. Off-season rates may be lower and may be negotiable.
• Friday evening: $2,050
• Saturday morning, afternoon, or evening start: $2,350
• Sunday morning, afternoon, or evening start: $2,050
• Reception rental (with or without a ceremony) is based on four hours use plus time for set-up and clean-up.
